Yes and no. Our beef is not strictly grass fed, they are pasture raised with grass and grain feed available on demand.

Depending on the cut, beef can either be ordered by approximate pounds you desire, or the number of cuts you are needing, or even the number of packages you would like.

Ex: A chuck roast approximately 3-4 pounds, 2 T-bone steaks, or 3 packages of tenderized cutlets.

Please be specific in what you are needing, items such as steaks typically come with 2 steaks per package.

Beef is available to order by the quarter, half, or whole calf before processing only. If you are interested, please call, message, or email us to find out bulk pricing, our next processing date, and to get on our list. Beef is typically processed once a year sometime between September-December.
