Is your beef grass fed?

Yes and no. Our beef is not strictly grass fed, they are pasture raised with grass and grain feed available on demand.

How do I accurately order beef?

Accepted Answer

Depending on the cut, beef can either be ordered by approximate pounds you desire, or the number of cuts you are needing, or even the number of packages you would like.

Ex: A chuck roast approximately 3-4 pounds, 2 T-bone steaks, or 3 packages of tenderized cutlets.

Please be specific in what you are needing, items such as steaks typically come with 2 steaks per package.

How do we order beef in bulk?

Accepted Answer

Beef is only offered in individual cuts. We do not offer quarts, halves or whole calves due to the increased price per pound.

However, we do offer discounts on purchases made in bulk. Please reach out to us for more information on bulk pricing and discounts.

Can we come out to the farm and see how our beef is being raised?

Absolutely! If you'd like to see the cattle operation and how the steers are being raised, just give us a call, message us or send an email to get scheduled.
