Our Cattle
Our Cattle
We currently use Charolais and Wagyu bulls on our her of Brangus cattle. Our first batch of Brangus x Wagyu steers to be processed will be ready in Fall 2024. Currently our selection of already-processed beef is Brangus and Brangus x Charolais.
Steers are pasture raised on a mixture of grass and feed, never confined to a feedlot. Not only is our beef raised locally, but we also have it processed here in Luling, Texas, at Hometown Meat Market, a UDSA inspected facility.

Once beef is finished aging at the processors, it is stored in our own commercial freezers at the ranch.
